1. Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds After Purchase: Once you make a purchase for SAS, there are no refunds issued, as the payment is for the full year. We encourage you to review the product thoroughly before making your purchase.
- Cancellation Before Renewal: Please contact our customer support team at business@peanutsquare.com. A confirmation of the cancellation will be provided.
2. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: As per our policy, we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been made, as the payment covers the entire year of service. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with the product before completing the transaction.
- Renewals: If you choose to cancel, you will not be charged for the following year. However, no refund will be issued for any portion of the current annual payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- After Purchase: No refunds will be issued after the purchase is completed, regardless of usage or cancellation requests.
- Renewals: Since the annual payment is for a full year, cancellations or refunds are not applicable for renewals. Renewals are billed for the upcoming year, and the customer may choose to opt out at the time of renewal.
- Customizations and Integrations: If you have requested specific customizations or integrations to SAS, these services are non-refundable once the work has begun.
4. Product Access After Cancellation
If you decide to cancel before the renewal date, you will continue to have access to SAS until the end of the current billing period. If there is no renewal made, your access to the product will be terminated Immediately.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
We may update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and they will take effect immediately upon posting.
6. SaaS Usage and No Source Code Access
Sales Automation Suite (SAS) is provided strictly as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. By subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software.
Under no circumstances will access to, ownership of, or rights to the source code be provided. This applies to the core platform as well as any custom modules, integrations, or features developed specifically for your requirements. All such developments remain part of the SAS platform and are not delivered as standalone or transferable code.
7. Data Ownership
All data, information, and content uploaded, stored, or processed by you within Sales Automation Suite (SAS) remains your sole property (“Customer Data”).
We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You retain full rights, title, and interest in and to all Customer Data. We act solely as a data processor for the purpose of providing the SaaS services.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Data Export and Retrieval Upon Exit
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, you may request export of your Customer Data within a limited period (typically 15–30 days from the date of termination).
Data will be provided in a standard, machine-readable format (such as CSV, JSON, or equivalent where applicable). Export requests must be submitted via our official support channel at business@peanutsquare.com .
After the data retention period expires, we reserve the right to permanently delete your data from our systems without further notice.
Limitations:
Data export includes only Customer Data and does not include system configurations, proprietary logic, custom code, or platform architecture.
Assistance for structured or assisted data migration may be subject to additional charges.
